Passenger & Delegate Itinerary Data: Passenger names, contact telephone numbers, pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, timings, and flight numbers for arrival tracking.
Operational Telematics: Vehicle GPS coordinates, speed, route timestamps, and duty slip logs recorded during the active fulfillment of a trip.
Financial & Billing Information: Corporate GST identification numbers, purchase order (PO) numbers, and transaction records. We do not store sensitive payment card credentials on our servers.

The information collected is used strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:

Scheduling vehicle dispatch and assigning verified chauffeurs to specific trips.
Real-time airport arrival tracking to ensure punctual chauffeur positioning.
Passenger safety monitoring and verification of late-night shift completions.
Generating consolidated monthly corporate MIS reports, digital duty slips, and tax invoices.

4. Telematics, GPS Tracking & Passenger Security

All commercial vehicles operating under the RKT India network are equipped with GPS telematics systems in compliance with government transport regulations and corporate passenger safety standards. GPS data is monitored strictly by our authorized central dispatch room to verify route compliance, calculate accurate trip distances, and provide emergency roadside assistance if required.

5. Strict Non-Disclosure & Data Sharing Policy

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade client or passenger data under any circumstances. Data is shared only under the following strictly defined conditions:

With assigned chauffeurs and dispatchers solely to the extent necessary to perform the booked journey (e.g. passenger name, phone number, and pickup point).
With law enforcement or regulatory authorities only when strictly required by applicable Indian statutory law or court order.
With certified third-party enterprise IT infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, SMS gateways) operating under strict non-disclosure and data protection agreements.

6. Data Security & Retention

We maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of personal and travel data. Operational trip data is retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy corporate accounting, tax auditing, and contractual obligations.
